Arthur Kill Easter Ship

On the Arthur Kil, at low tide, the remains of many scuttled boats appear.  On Easter Sunday, 1998,

there was an exceptionally low tide; my family and I were able to walk onto this 200 foot boat that had became completely exposed.

The photographs are of the remains of the ship after a century in a tidal estuary.
